On January 30th we celebrated Non-Violence Day. In our subject Arts and Crafts with both 3rd and 5th Grade students, we followed the idea of "A Fiestra da Mestra's" webpage and the initiative of our 5/6th Grade head teacher, Sergio. It was an initiave from years ago to ban nuclear weapons. Children had to transform weapons into positive designs. Have a look at the original idea and our outcomes:
O 30 de xaneiro celebramos o Día da non violencia. Na materia de Educación Plástica co alumnado de 3º e 5º EP, seguimos a idea da páxina web "A Fiestra da Mestra" e a iniciativa do titor da clase e 5º/6º EP. Foi unha iniciativa de fai uns anos para prohibir o armamento nuclear. O alumnado tiña que transformar misís en deseños positivos e esperanzadores:
