One day, one project!

Hi again everyone! Today I bring you my second project (painting project). I have been busy doing other things at home but painting is my favourite one. It is also very good for our health, specially nowadays during lockdown.

Many scientists say that "Art therapy can be used as a mental health treatment. It helps to manage behaviors, process feelings, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase self-esteem."
 

Again, I challenge you to do something creative everyday, whatever, can be anything (cooking, drawing, flowering, dancing, etc). Use what you already know, use your imagination, your ideas. But keep in mind that every day counts😍. If you want, you can share your creations with the community and send them to englishdept.ceip.agualada@gmail.com. I will publish them.

Ola de novo a todos! Hoxe tráiovos o meu segundo proxecto. Estiven ocupado facendo outras cousas na casa, pero a pintura é a miña favorita. Tamén é moi bo para a nosa saúde, especialmente estes días durante o illamento social. Moitos científicos afirman que "A terapia artística pode usarse como tratamento de saúde mental. Axuda a xestionar comportamentos, procesar sentimentos, reducir o estrés e a ansiedade e aumentar a autoestima". De novo, desafíovos para que fagades algo creativo todos os días, pode ser calquera cousa (cociñar, debuxar, xardinería, bailar, etc.). Usa o que xa sabes, usa a túa imaxinación, as túas ideas.
